2017 Event

TEDxStanford 2017 program brought an extraordinary lineup of presenters: a young Stanford grad using virtual reality to let people experience and plan for their own death; former Ambassador to Russia, Professor Mike McFaul on whether we are entering a new Cold War; a writer for The Daily Show on  “comedy news and fake news"; and a bioengineer whose design of a 20-cent blood centrifuge will save lives. Sprinkle in a little hiphop, spoken word, steel pan drums and hard hitting music with a social conscience, and it was an unforgettable day.

When you're telling a story, the meaning of the story is emerging in the act of telling.
